Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order, honour returns, and meet tax and accounting obligations — generally seven years. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them.
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we never have. We disclose data only to the service providers we need to run the business, and only what each one needs: Resend (email), and Netlify (website hosting). Each is bound to use it only on our instructions.
We use only the cookies and local storage the store needs to work — keeping your bag, your session, and remembering that you already dismissed a message. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics profiling. You can clear or block them in your browser, though your bag will not persist if you do.

Blackmont Essence shall not be liable for: fabric staining, allergic reactions or skin irritation, misuse, incorrect storage, or application on non-recommended surfaces. By purchasing our products, the customer agrees to release, defend, and indemnify Blackmont Essence from any claim, liability, damage, cost, or expense arising from product use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
