Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Available shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your ZIP code. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier selected, and external factors such as weather or logistical delays. Blackmont Essence is not responsible for carrier-caused delays.
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions under specific conditions.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Blackmont Essence is not responsible for failed deliveries or packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Any re-shipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged or is not received, contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date at info@blackmontessence.com with photos of the package and product. Each case is evaluated individually. We respond within 2 business days.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Promotional prices are valid only during the specified period. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate.
Each Blackmont Essence fragrance is a carefully crafted composition. Proper storage and use ensure it retains its character, intensity, and quality over time.
